Subject: bug#5263: emacs 23.1 rmail and etach 1.4.3 not playing nicely together
Date: Thu, 24 Dec 2009 11:26:35 +0100	[thread overview]
Message-ID: <200912241026.nBOAQZal019099@pexppc33.unifr.ch> (raw)

Upgraded from emacs 22 and etach 1.4.1 to
emacs 23.2 and etach 1.4.3. etach `detach' command for
unpacking attachments now fails with the cryptic
"rmail-set-attribute: Unknown attribute `detached'" error.
rmail-attr-array is totally devoid of anything like like `detached'
since the changes in etach.el do not affect the
(rmail-set-attribute "detached" t) call,
suspicion falls on the function itself. Has there been a
big change in functionality for unknown attributes between
22 and 23?
