Hi!
I am trying to install Emacs 21.4 in my computer which is a
Niveus 805 workstation and my OS is Fedora Red Hat Core 5.
When I tried to configure I received the following message:
"creating cache ./config.cache
checking host system type... x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu
configure: error: Emacs hasn't been ported to
`x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu' systems.
Check `etc/MACHINES' for recognized configuration names."
I did check on the file Machines but I could not find the
solution.
Any suggestions would be more thatn appreciated!
