Please describe exactly what actions triggered the bug
and the precise symptoms of the bug:

I have set up the F10 key to toggle menu-bar-mode.
When I hit F10 while the menu bar is visible AND a menu is pulled down,
then the bug occurs. The frame is not displayed correctly any more.
Even a C-g cannot change this. However, I can still exit Emacs via C-x C-c.
