Reduced Sodium in Processed Foods

Funding Organization: a Fortune 500 global food processor

Project Objective: NineSigma, representing a Fortune 500 global food processor, is seeking proposals (technical and cost) for the development of technologies that enable the production of reduced sodium processed foods with safety, taste and texture equivalent to or better than their conventional counterparts.
