Currently we have this menu:
  menu-bar -> options -> mule -> list-character-sets
Do you mean you also want something like this?
  menu-bar -> options -> mule -> list-charset-chars -> ascii
						    -> latin-iso8859-1
						    ...
						    -> Big5
						    ...
