    In switching from Solaris 2.7 to 2.9, the shell subjob commands, e.g.,
    comint-interrup-subjob, no longer work.  Can you point me to any
    information on how to fix this?

Did you build Emacs anew, or is it the same executable.  If the
latter, please try building it anew (in a different directory; save
the old build!).

If an executable built for 2.9 fails in this way,
the next two questions are:

* How does config.h differ between the build on 2.7 and the build
on 2.9?

* When you step through process_send_signal, what do you see?
Which line is erroneous?
