I am unable to make the glasses-separator variable a null string.  All
attempts to do this have failed.  Please let me know if there is a

Would you please send a precise bug report?  What precisely did you do,
and what precisely was the result?

guidelines on how to write a bug report to give us the
necessary information so we can fix the bug.
