Hi!

When using "msb-mode", the Buffers->Frames->xxx menu item does not
work. Emacs simply responds:

    Wrong type argument: commandp, menu-bar-select-frame

In addition, if the same buffer is the selected window in two frames,
only one of them is included in the menu.

Steps to repeat:

Emacs -Q
C-x 5 2
M-x msb-mode RET
Select Buffers->Frames->*scratch*

The above demonstrates both problems.

I don't see it. With your example:

my Buffers menu, even in an unfixed Emacs, contains:

Frames (2) -> *scratch*
              *scratch*

(I'm going through old bug reports that unfortunately weren't resolved
at the time.)

I tried reproducing this with Emacs 28 on Macos, but everything seems to
work fine for me, so I'm closing this bug report.  If you're still
seeing this in recent Emacs versions, please respond to the debbugs
address and we'll reopen.
