I see a lot of
```
~/.emacs.d/elpa/${SOME_PACKAGE}/${SOME_PACKAGE}-pkg.el:1:1: Warning: file has no ‘lexical-binding’ directive on its first line
```
When updating my packages or installing new ones.
Is this a warning I should be raising with the package maintainers?
I was under the impression that these `-pkg.el` files are all automatically generated (at least I can never find it checked into any of the repos), perhaps the generation script could be updated to include these (if that is under emacs’ control).
Best Regards,
