Subject: bug#1637: comint.el `comint-save-input-ring-index' definition missing value
Date: Fri, 19 Dec 2008 00:51:46 -0800 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <1229676706.12167.33.camel@eep> (raw)
I'm using:
GNU Emacs 23.0.60.1 (i486-pc-linux-gnu, GTK+ Version 2.14.3) of
2008-10-13 on rothera, modified by Debian
The doc-string ends up being its value:
(defvar comint-save-input-ring-index
"Last input ring index which you copied.
This is to support the command \\[comint-get-next-from-history].")
