Please describe exactly what actions triggered the bug
and the precise symptoms of the bug:



        After building a TAGS file with emacs-etags21, I noticed that
not all of the included functions are shown in M-. completion list...
        Some of them are shown with a * prepended to their names, so I
have to enter M-. *example_function to go to my

char                    *example_function.

        Please apologize my poor english, I wrote anyway because this
is a very annoying bug that may affect many different people.
