Please describe exactly what actions triggered the bug
and the precise symptoms of the bug:
emacs won't exit via commands, file menu exit, or the [x] button in the
top right portion of the window. Only way to kill it is via task manager.
This doesn't happen right away but if I've been using it awhile it happens.
I'm sure there is some connection to something I'm doing but I haven't been
able to pin point it yet.
